Begin with some deep breathing. Clear your mind of all worries as you paint on the canvas using your mouse. Breathe in and out deeply as you paint.
Widening the Frame: Intention-Setting and Self-Love Commitments
Pick a card and remind yourself what you are capable of. Set some intentions to keep these reminders close to you tomorrow.
Commit to caring for yourself tomorrow: sign on the line below in the following contract using your mouse (press and hold while signing).
Tuning back in to the basics
Now, it's time to set your intentions for tomorrow, turn out the light and get ready for bed! Think of one thing you'd like to focus on in the morning that will help you approach the day with joy. Click on the candle flame, holding your mouse pressed for 2 seconds, to extinguish it. Goodnight!
